Creative Brief for Development and Design of A360 Logo and Tag Line
Introduction
Adolescent 360 (A360) is a four-year project led by Population Services International (PSI), with a $30 million investment from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. The project aims to develop innovative approaches for designing programs for improving the sexual and reproductive health of adolescent girls, primarily through increasing use of voluntary modern contraception. Society for Family Health as well as other organizations led and coordinated by PSI is working with adolescents, young people, parents, community members, providers, and policy makers in Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Tanzania to figure out new ways to increase voluntary use of modern contraceptives among adolescent girls aged 15-19. The Adolescents 360 Project approach blends human-centered design, youth engagement and developmental neuroscience, bringing together these different disciplines to create transformative change for adolescent girls that will both be long-lasting and empowering.
The Project seeks to have
? Young people at the center of project design, activities and deliverables. ? Adults and young people work together in partnership to design and implement the project ? An application of different disciplines – human-centered design, anthropology, youth engagement and developmental neuroscience (science about the adolescent brain) to create a “new” way of designing and implementing programs
